By accessing and using Cyber Speeds (cyber-speeds.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Use of Service

Cyber Speeds provide network measurement tools for personal and commercial informational purposes. You agree not to:

• Automate requests to our testing engine beyond normal browser use
• Attempt to bypass security features or manipulate test results
• Use the service for bulk data gathering without explicit permission

We reserve the right to limit or block access to the service if we detect abusive or non-standard usage patterns.

3. Accuracy of Measurements

While we strive for 100% precision using our sharded testing engine, speed test results can be influenced by various external factors including local hardware, ISP throttling, and global network congestion. Cyber Speeds provides these measurements "as is" without diagnostic guarantee.

4. Intellectual Property

The "Cyber Speeds" brand, interface design, testing algorithms, and logos are the intellectual property of Velociti Labs. You may share your results freely, but reproduction of the application's code or design for competing services is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Velociti Labs and its founder Muhammad Daniyal shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to mobile data overages incurred during high-volume testing.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
