While we strive for 100% precision using our sharded testing engine, speed test results can be influenced by various external factors including local hardware, ISP throttling, and global network congestion. Cyber Speeds provides these measurements "as is" without diagnostic guarantee.

4. Intellectual Property

The "Cyber Speeds" brand, interface design, testing algorithms, and logos are the intellectual property of Cyber Speeds. You may share your results freely, but reproduction of the application's code or design for competing services is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cyber Speeds and its operators shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to mobile data overages incurred during high-volume testing.

6. Advertising
